I’m staying at this campsite because I’ve sold my house and am in the final stages of selling everything off. I head to Australia in two weeks to live in a caravan near my kids….not in their pockets but somewhere close by. It’s being built at the moment.
I want to use my time wisely while I’m still fit and healthy; see interesting things, meet interesting people and spend time with family.
It’s been a huge process since the idea of leaving the place I thought I’d spend the rest of my life. But it’s also been an exciting adventure as I’m already doing things I wouldn’t have done if I had stayed in Reefton.
It’s a leap of faith and if I get overwhelmed I think about the alternative….sitting there and watching life go by.
